Carmine Black Workshops

The queen of sensual pole flow is coming to Bottoms Up! on the 24th of February to host two of her incredible exotic workshops:

Flowwork 1

12.30-1.40pm $90

This workshop will focus on Carmine’s signature transitions and flow. We will explore elements of low flow, while creating innovative ways to dance on and off the pole. This workshop focuses on floor to pole transitions, spins, playing with momentum, and pirouette variations. This workshop will also explore deeper elements of improvisation and freestyle. *Layers are HIGHLY suggested (leggings, leg-warmers, knee pads, socks, and a tee-shirt). Your feet and knees must be covered.

Exotic Swag

2-3.10pm $90

This workshop will explore exotic elements (Western & Eastern European techniques) of pole flow. The class will explore proper engagement in heels, dynamic in movement in low flow and on the floor, as well as provocative sequences what will allow one to connect to one own's musicality.
*Layers are HIGHLY suggested (leggings, leg-warmers, knee pads, socks, and a tee-shirt). Your feet and knees must be covered. Heels are also encouraged*.
