Cancellation Policy



  1. All cancellations, credit requests and refunds must be made in writing.

  2. Each course includes a $50 Deposit.

  3. $50 Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance including sickness or injury.

  4. If cancellations are received 14 Days prior to the course commencement date a refund or credit can be issued minus a $50 Deposit per course.

  5. Cancellations received within 14 Days prior to course commencement date are neither non-refundable nor transferable for credit unless a medical certificate is produced.

  6. Refunds are not available for any courses or classes after course commencement date, including in sickness or injury.

  7. Credits may be arranged at Bottoms Up!’s discretion with a valid medical certificate after course or class commencement date.

  8. Medical certificates can be produced for credit purposes only, unless received 14 days prior to course commencement date.

  9. Medical certificates must cover a minimum of 3 weeks of the course period.

  10. Failure to arrive will incur a full cost of course fee.

  11. Cancellation date is taken from the date of written contact and cannot be backdated to missed classes.

  12. In the event your course has a waiting list and your spot can be filled by another student Bottoms Up may organise a partial credit for your class/course fee paid. This is left to Bottoms Up’s discretion. We must receive your cancellation in writing prior to course commencement.

  13. Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  14. Credits must be used within twelve (12) months of original enrolment date.
