Term 4 begins Monday 14th August!

Timetables are online and open for enrolment! You can enrol online, or pop into the studio any night and chat with our lovely Receptionists.

We have a delicious feast of 8-week courses and casual classes to keep you warm & thriving over these cooler days. Movement of any kind is good for the mind and the soul, and the studios are cosy & warm.
