Pole Dancing is a great way to tone and strengthen your body that is both challenging and enjoyable! Join new mum and studio director Amanda and her daughter Bonnie for this class focussing on reconnecting to your body and exercise in a fun, social and baby friendly environment.
Mums & Bubs Pole Dance is open to brand new students and those returning to pole postpartum.
*Babies will not be used as an exercise prop during classes. A safe play enviroment will be provided for them in the room during class.
